Petar Spasov is a Managing Partner at Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law and an attorney registered with the Sofia Bar Association.
He specializes in the field of crimes against the person and one’s property, economic crimes, crimes against customs regimes, the monetary, credit, financial and tax systems, allegations of corruption and document fraud.
Petar Spasov has years of experience representing defendants in pre-trial proceedings with regard to measures of remand and during the judicial phase of criminal cases of a general and private nature. His expertise also covers legal representation under the Law on Extradition and the European Arrest Warrant, legal support of victims of crimes in their capacity as private prosecutors and civil plaintiffs during the judicial phase of criminal cases, as well as representation with regard to private complainants in criminal matters of a private nature.
Since 2017, he is an expert with the Legal Commission of the Supreme Bar Council.
He has a Master’s Degree in Law from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Before being one of the founding members and Managing Partner of Stankov, Todorov, Hinkov & Spasov, Attorneys-at-Law, Petar Spasov was part of the legal team of Menko Menkov and Partners Law Firm.
